BOA does not own fleet yet. When the deal is closed, I imagine they own the naming rights and will chnage the name. However, it's not clear they will change the name of the bank since fleet and bank of boston have name recognition in the NE and BOA not so much. Fleet still advertises all the time. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

Fleet Center is definitely a nice facility. I was there for a Bruins game in I think Nov 2000. Surprisingly easy to get in and out of. Watched the Bruins game with some co workers, almost got in a fight, then went to the North End for some incredible Italian food.

The whole gotta be 25 to purchase drinks on an out of state has got to go though... (not that it matters anymore)

Oh ya, and nice seats :)
