While visitng my parents in Polk County last week, I decided to get up at 6am and drive over to St. Petersburg since I hadn't visited the city in over a year. Here are some of the images I captured while walking the streets of downtown St. Petersburg.

nice pictures. The St. Pete boom seems to be farther along than many cities larger than it.

Wow, St. Pete has alot of good street-oriented buildings. That downtown looks very walkable and livable!

great shots. i recently discovered downtown st pete and it really has suprised me. if anyone goes over for the day, they have bus trolley tour that hits most of the major tourist spots in downtown. it's only a quarter and includes a tour speech from the bus driver.

Great pics, it's great that St.Pete is receiving such favorable attention as of late. It's a charming little city and the city planners seem to have a very solid vision for the future. A very underrated city IMO.
