Hilton Tempo (12 stories, 161 rooms) 110 20th Ave. North

A 12 story, approximately 200 room HiltonTempo Hotel will be built on .39 acre at 110 20th Ave. North (SE corner of Hayes St. and 20th Ave. North) starting later this year by Vision Hospitality Group and Roshan Patel. They paid $3.7 million for the site in January, 2020. The 1 story John Hollis Pharmacy building on site will be razed to make way.

That stretch of Midtown along Hayes & Church are getting a LOT of big parking podiums. Any detail about ground-level activation for this one?

Anyone heard anything on the timelines of the surrounding projects. I seem to recall that Avalon could be starting soon (or is it the building next door?).

I have an idea of some of those projects and was going to share Saturday. I will share some of these now.

19th & Church North Point & Grey Star projects: I suspect this could start late this year. Approved by Planning & shows Complete on D Tracker

1904 Hayes Local Nashville: Some permits are starting to show for this one. Approved by Metro. Waiting for Demo permits, I think there has to be a major sewer project done on Hayes first by Metro before this one can start. That could be done in conjunction with the project.

110 20th Ave N Hilton Tempo. May not have to get approval as is at or below current zoning. It may have to wait on sewer project as well.

1805 Church: Approved by BZA looking for a July start

Avalon 1719 Hayes: Approved. All funding and pre-permitting in place. I look for a start in the summer.

1705 Hayes: TBD Metro D Tracker status complete. It may still need to go in front of Council, not sure.

18th & Patterson: Al Neyer: Status building within code. start date soon.

An April, 2023 start is now scheduled by Vision Hospitality Group for the Midtown Hilton Temp Hotel. A new rendering has been released.

Vision Hospitality has applied for a foundation permit, with a groundbreaking planned for later this month. BCA Studios will be the architect.

A $28,000 demo permit has been applied for razing the former John Hollis Pharmacy structure on the .4 acre site. Work should begin in the next week or so.

The 12 story structure will now officially have 161 rooms. BCA Studios will be the architect; DF Chase is the contractor.

Vision Hospitality has finalized the $5 million purchase for the .39 acre site., and have reportedly broken ground today.
