Trumbull Street pet store opens.

Not exactly an earth shattering event but it is more evidence that downtown is becoming a neighborhood.

 

Naturally Cat and Dogs opened its doors at 100 Trumbull at the end of February. It is part of the iconnect program with the hope it will eventually pull its own weight. They are open from 11am-7pm, Tuesday-Friday and 9am-4pm, Saturday.

Definitely pretty cool that Downtown has a pet store. I think the iConnect program is pretty innovative and an excellent way to put some of these empty storefronts to use. Hopefully a good portion of the business actually stick.

forgot to mention in here that we went to the store during envisionfest.

 

Very nice place and honestly its not too expensive.

 

they deliver downtown to which is pretty cool.

 

they said they could deliver to my wifes office at the end of the day too which is cool

 

anyways. they will get more business from us in the future because... hey, better them than a stupid national chain which is overpriced
