This little building is one of my favorites in Charlotte. Some 60/70's architecture was nicely done.

I agree about that building. It is a forgettable building in many ways, but when you actually take notice, it is a nice little building a stone's throw from T&T.

At one time CATS was looking at making that their new HQ...but never got a good deal on it....so it continues to sit empty.

It used to be the HQ for Home Federal Savings and Loan....some people might remember their TV commercials with Joe King. In 1998 they were bought out by First Charter. The building was vacated in 1999 and is currently owned by Duvall Investment Group.
