I am not getting my hopes up either, since the financing is still up in the air:

Ferchill Group is working with banks to see if any will actually invest in the project in return for receiving the conservation easement deduction. If successful, this piece of the financing would generate $15 million to $20 million toward the overall financing of the $150-million deal.

Hopefully Ferchill has better luck with this option, but only time will tell if that will indeed be the case.
