Most of the owners of these Strip close towers will be vacation homes for the rich and famous. Some will be full timers and others will be timeshares. Since the Las Vegas metro area is currently one of the nations top five the fastest growing metro areas, I don't think they'will have an issue filling them.

Before groungbreaking, the Trump Tower was already sold out and now he's planning a second tower. This is true for several of the projects.

100 is a "best case" number. That is the number of approved projects. A few have already been cancelled due to rising building costs. There are about 25 which are in full "green light" status.
