It's double fenced off now. Idk if that's a good or bad sign.

The shadow of the L&C Tower in downtown Nashville falls on the site of the former Maxwell House Hotel on March 22, 1963. The hotel was destroyed by a fire on Christmas Day 1961. At top, the new Municipal Auditorium is visible.
