My guess is a new arena or ballpark But whatever it is, I'm sure it will be a lot of fun! And in the meantime, we can all just keep guessing until it's finally revealed.

My guess was an arena for an indoor soccer league/basketball/hockey. I'm not too familiar with Western Michigan so I didn't want to guess soccer was popular enough to sustain a minor league stadium
