Been hearing some rumors around the ERAU campus that Doolittle hall, the oldest building on campus, is being prepped for teardown. Sounds like another new dorm is on it's way up in the next few years

Only place left to go is up. Hopefully we see more mixed use development in midtown.

Some massive developments at Embry-Riddle. 3 new residence halls, the student union as shown before in this thread, a new fitness center, and a new technology building to complete the research park. The res halls and fitness center are now completed (I'll be posting actual shots once I arrive on campus) and the technology center is soon to break ground.
