Envision Cayce, Lenore Gardens (2 - 4 stories, 200+ affordable housing units) has some conceptual renderings from SV Design. This large tract would replace the full block at the SE corner of Lenore St. and 6th St. South that is currently filled with the 1 & 2 story, 1960s-era Lenore Gardens Apts. More details will be forthcoming.

Their permit application expired recently but it looks like it is active/open again. I saw some guys looking at the roof on Tuesday.
I really hope they didn't give up on that space. It sounded like it was going to be a super cool concept.

716 Gallatin Ave (former King Solomon and Church) looks like it will be a Wells Fargo.
Former Fran’s space is set for a bar and office space. I noticed pallets of brick have been delivered for a likely facelift.
Interesting. Eastside bar are the only details? I wonder what is stalling the concept at the Old Southern Grist. I'm acquainted with the architect-- we would together sometimes-- maybe I'll reach out.

Looks like they were purchased last year but there might not be any plans made public yet https://www.nashvillepost.com/business/development/east-nashville-sites-on-river-sell-for-21-5m/article_25f1b3b4-4331-11ec-8b94-eb4a0bc78b95.html
Got it-- I saw on LinkedIn (I work in the industry) that CA South will be making a big East Nashville announcement soon. I'm very excited! I think this area is prime for development and I like the work they do. I've always had a lot of respect for Meg at CA South-- she's awesome!

This screen shot from Smeagolsfree's excellent development map shows the site highlighted in teal at the center of the frame:Where are the details on this CA south project? Is that all those industrial buildings?

According to this permit, ICON Entertainment is working on a new concept in the old Southern Grist spot on Porter Rd.
They have an apparel shop. I REALLY hope they don't put their apparel shop here. This needs to be something that benefits the neighborhood.
