Hourigan posted on their Linkedin and Instagram page yesterday about the project. There's a link in their post to the project page on their website with a description and renders. The renders are the same that were shared on here a few months back, but technically they're new because they include VCU and Costar signage that wasn't present before.

A good video showing the progress of the Ace development and surrounding Scott's Addition.
Here's a link to their LinkedIn page where they posted the same video. It's better quality and you can put it on fullscreen.

Oh, wow! Thanks! Say, you have access the plans? Care to share?…or can you not do that? Understood if you cannot. Thanks!
Sure, I don't have special access or anything i just dig through the permit portal a lot. So that was from the civil plans they posted a while ago.

Here are the ones for the other two, I think they're slightly different.

In the plans, it looks like that's where the transformer would go?

Capitol Square has posted the construction cam for the apartments on Clay and Marshall Streets.
Here's the projects page on their site too.

Scott's Addition Development
in Richmond
Posted
I think it's just cyclical. In the last year or so The Commodore, Cove, Navigator, and the phase 2 townhouses have all either finished or are about to finish (around 350-400 Units.) To be honest until the Soda Flats, Ace, and Capitol Square started construction Manchester felt like the faster grower of the 2. I'm not an expert but it feels like these brief pauses in development as all the plans are being worked on are naturally going to happen. I'll also add that the Architects for The Sampson site posted a video of their team onsite looking at different brick samples for the facade a couple months ago and Avery Hall posted a picture of a board of all their projects around the same time including the Manchester site. So it's not all coming to a halt even if a few are taking their time.
