Any one had a chance to rough count some floors on the renders? Looks like tallest maybe 32 or so?

I sounded the alarm on this. The high interest rates, high inflation, national debt, dollar losing world currency status, corporate downsizing and a host of other economic catastrophies over the last two + years. Has ended Nashville's hey day.
As with every economic turn it will cycle back into success again, don’t know if that is the end the hey day in the long run, still a lot of growth on the way. Curious to see if the next cycle it will be the boom to the extent of the last 10 years or so, will be fun to see.

As pinnacle goes up, I’m starting to like it more and more. It’s a glass box but the angle really helps give it a lot of different perspectives.

Pinnacle is starting to look quite pronounced from the interstate, i can’t imagine how it will feel at its full height.
Also random, with the floors getting smaller with each floor do you think we will see a slight speed up in the completion rate of each one? It feels like we have already but i don’t know enough of the engineering side to make a case either way.

So we have any idea actually height estimated? I’m sure 44 or 45 will be well in the 400’s but i imagine it could push 500’

If you look at the renders from the perspective of the “sections”, it appears from the top complete floor built currently (not the elevator shaft) there are around 7 or 8 complete floors left! And then a decently tall roof likely for mechanical

It would be hilarious if they just surprised everyone with 500’ out of the blue! I know that’s not how any of the permitting and everything works but i agree that Jumps is wayyy up there.

Will the crane jump soon?

Has there been any actually rumors or anything regarding a stall? I feel it has moved appropriately and doesn’t seem to slow down, just waiting on next permits I’m sure

My excited for the crane to jump again soon! This thing will quickly surpass its sibling

Just walked by Alcove and Prime, and the scale of this project is going to be absurd. Alcove feels massive in this space already it’s going to be awesome to see the still rise so high on this one!

Looks like they jumped a couple segments in the evening last night already, i imagine it will jump even more from mark’s photos.
