Another apartment complex, Fitzroy Riverdale.  It's really on Riverfront Drive, next to the existing parking lot for the soccer fields.  Only one soccer field will remain: the one behind the parking lot (right at Cedar Hill Road).

[West Little Rock]

The South University location just opened in December, so I doubt the plans are to close it.

Allegiant is adding nonstop St Pete-Clearwater (PIE) to Little Rock, seasonal, twice weekly from May 27.

American Miami-Little Rock will be once weekly on E175, from June 5, and it seems like it will start as seasonal too.

[Death by COVID-19]

Staples in West Little Rock is closing on February (11th, if I remember correctly).  I recently bought something from there and got the notice in the receipt, directing customers to the Conway store after the closure.

Staples have also expressed interest in acquiring Office Depot recently (and in the past, unsuccessfully)  but no deal is inminent.

That is actually for a local business called "Cheesecake on point!".  You can see on the following Facebook post and comments that they started working on a space in that address.
