downtown needs more density in the "core". I would love to see the day when the central buisness district has not one surface parking lot left.
So true, I would love to see that too!.

This is the site for Camperdown phase II.
Where? I'm wandering what could go right behind the camperdown site? ! A High rise mixed development project would be great there similar to the camperdown project.

Well it's pretty tall for Greenville, and it is probably the tallest building under construction in the state (MYB?) . In fact, Greenville probably has quite a few on the list of the tallest buildings built in the state over the past few years. But, it still takes a pair of the Ole' Greenville Goggles to go beast mode with it. Even with 4 more floors it still just a low-mid rise. Like I say, it is good to see for DT and will give some height but I'm on the lookout for that new tallest, maybe 400ft.
I agree, Greenville in my opinion could use a good many more highrises something like 30 stories or a few being. But I don't understand why greenville won't approve anything over 12 or 20 stories!? Charlotte has it where you can't build taller than the bank of America tower and that's understandable, but the landmark/Windstream building I don't understand.

It's definitely nice to see it rising and will have a good impact DT, though I wish it were going to have a tapering top instead of a boxy one. Only in Greenville can it be called "a beast' though, it wouldn't even register on most DTs.
How many floors does it have to go? It looks pretty tall.

I like the 32 story PNC building in Raleigh. The glass pyramid spire at the top that glows at night makes it appear even taller at night from far away IMO. Greenville needs something like that. I think it's mainly condos with offices on the bottom 4 or 5 floors.
Agree! I think Greenville could use something like that.!

Greenville really do need some new and nicer corridors. A Lot of blank and empty lots in the downtown area for sale, really needs something there.

I really do believe that Greenville needs a new tallest, the mid rise and the low rise is getting old and needs something new, something taller than the landmark building, and much more better looking!. I think if you find the right location and at the right time I think a 22-30 building would look great in greenville, like the one development. With mixed development I think Greenville city council could open up more with the height limit!.

In my opinion I think that Greenville SC should go more out of the mid range building range. Don't get me wrong Greenville SC an amazing city. But i would love to see taller buildings so when I come to the downtown area it would overwhelm me and others as well. But I think eventually Greenville will but i just would love to see it.! As far as growing I would love to see Greenville to have better transport around the city. But walkability is great right now but not everyone wants to walk. But I don't mind but there are the elderly and other people who could really use public transport. This rendering looks amazing,I would love to see this pattern more around Greenville. And with the One City Plaza I think it looks amazing and more areas would be amazing.!

I think Greenville could really use more modern architecture design and get more out of the box. This project would be nice in that spot if it goes through,! Really hoping that this will go through and open some other doors for other developments.
