Looks to be replacing the Habit Burger spot at Orange and Muriel. Saw some work being done this week.

Pie in the sky would be for them to take over the entire vacant strip mall where Habit Burger was. Probably still too small though
Not much parking there unless they made a deal with the MRI place next door to use their parking on the weekend since that lot sits completely empty. Crazy that all 3 businesses went under in that same strip, rarely do you see a verizon store go under but probably covid related?

So it looks like the former Mama B’s will be a Foxtail. Signage is up.
Also a Bagel Bruno at that location

The shell building is coming together at the former Mama Bs site that Foxtail had been planning to open at.
Frustrating to me that they are essentially building a new building and didn’t have to bring the site to code - still has the same setback.
maybe I missed it, what is taking that space if not FoxTail?

Does anyone know why there is a lighted sign on the north of the building next to Delaney Hotel that just says "Welcome". It's huge and you can only see it coming from DT

Thanks for sharing. That stretch of Orange really has changed in the last few years.

Isn’t there a South Orange Medical” project going there?
I thought at first it might be residential because of what got torn down but they also stripped the side off the existing dental office/preschool building that's there as if they were attaching whatever is being built to it

What's going on at Orange and Harding behind the Tire Kingdom? They cleared the whole end of the block.

My street is brick with tons of pot holes and one on side of the street sidewalks exist about 30% of the block and the other side it's 10%, all on homes that have been built in the last decade. I've seen people in a wheelchair struggle to get down the street and when I have contacted the city they have said it's in their long term plan but not financially feasible at the moment due to the whole street needing to be redone.
