Heard directly from a Childress Klein employee that they will soon start construction of a new office tower in the corner of Tryon and Stonewall. Similar size to the Deloitte building.

Here you go 10 min work.. Its not perfect, but 10 min, that's it.

Pretty boring if you ask me, mono-color with copy and paste building outlines. The design by Canopy is more eclectic and colorful, what CLT is all about.

Totally agree with j-man. The skyline is not symmetrical when looked from certain angles. SouthEnd is not Uptown, or city center. It will never be considered part of Uptown when the "valley of 277" divides the two sections. It's a ridiculous statement.  However, it really does not matter. We have a beautiful skyline and SouthEnd will only enhance it even more, but not by be part of it.

Looking at the hat from the rendering in the allycharlottecenter.com website, it clearly shows the frame behind the curtain. This is not very iconic folks!
