Ahh, they’re laying out and about to pour their tilt up construction. Just like how Italy was constructed.
Oh sweet - and thanks for the photos Gman430! Excited to see the next round of photos.
For anyone interested, here’s a good video showing the tilt-up process:

I thought you guys would find this report/article interesting:
https://upgradedpoints.com/fastest-growing-and-declining-us-airports-study-2020/
Although GSP wasn't highlighted, CHS was. It lists GSP’s growth from 2017 to 2018 as 7.7%

Does anyone by chance have a “heat map” of Greenville providing a visualization of the major projects currently under construction and future projects that are still in the works?
If not, is anyone interested in creating one?
I would love to see a periodically updated map of all the major projects around town to better visualize the developments being discussed on this forum.

Did they ever vote? Or did they all fall asleep? Maybe go out for a beer? Can’t find a live feed anymore. I was going to attend the meeting. Glad I didn’t now. O o
Hahah can’t find a feed either. Guess we’ll have to wait for an article to be published now.

Good to know. Is the Planning Commission the only city representation or is there an additional vote needed by city officials?

From what I've heard, I would agree with you. The affordable housing issue seems to be a major sticking point and residents have made that clear.

That's a lot of traffic circles! I'm not sure what other options were on the table, but this generally seems like a good proposal.
If you're interested, you can view the other proposed options here:
http://www.fixwoodruffroad.com/
Navigate the tabs at the top to view “Alternatives”. They also show the estimated cost if each option.

Yep ax the gas station and make it TALLER. We need more housing close to the city and everyone is wasting valuable land with four and five story apartments.
Couldn't agree more John! Before we blink Greenville is going to be a smaller version of CLT/ATL, prime examples of urban sprawl.

Does anyone know what is happening in front of Regal Cinemas? Saw a construction fence in front of the ticket counter (in the courtyard betweenness Tuscanos and Wild Wings) when I drove by today.

It looks like Greenville Senior Living LLC owns the property being developed, so I would guess a retirement home. The blue area is still family land, so it could be a while before anything is developed there.
Thanks for the info! I appreciate it.

Does anyone know what is happening on this site (see attached, marked in red)? I drove by here recently and noticed a lot of construction activities ramping up. The entire property on the corner of Verdin Rd. & Brookfield Pkwy (just inside Mauldin city limits) has been cleared, site fencing is up and materials are stored on site.
Also on the attachment in blue, does anyone know of anything that might be planned for this large property on the corner of Tanner Rd & Verdin Rd? I’ve always imagined a well planned out mixed-use development to be successful here.
