its 597'8" to Tryon, its 608'8" to College, I corrected it on Wiki a few weeks back, guess someone decided the crown wasn't "architectural"
Pretty sure none of the other buildings on Wiki are listed by their roof height. The 530 ft listed on Wiki seems way off from how tall the building actually is.

So with the lot being .6 acres, I think a good comparison would be Hyatt House in uptown, which sits on .44 acres. Its 163 keys on 16 floors and 212' feet tall. So I would guess this will be 150 keys, 14 floors and 180 feet tall.
If Hyatt house is over 200 ft, it should be added to the Charlotte tallest buildings wikipedia page.

I’m almost certain it’s 427’ but either way I bet @ricky_davis_fan_21 could verify with some photos and geometry.

This says 378'. Hence why I brought it up.

I really don't think this building is 427'. Its not anywhere close to the Mint museum tower which is 447'. If it was there would hardly be any visible difference in height and would actually look bigger than the MMT from certain angles. I have seen 378' feet quoted in some place and that seems to be much more accurate.
Just standing next to it, it doesn't feel as tall as:
Museum Tower - 447'
Fifth Thrid Center - 447'
Two Wells Fargo - 433'
Avenue - 425'
400 South Tryon - 420'
Its not even close to any of those.

Whats the official height for this building, it says 427' on Wikipedia but I would be surprised if that's accurate.

I am starting to like this building.....but, a “weak” like. It should have a good presence on Mint without being massive enough to overshadow BofA stadium. And, it is wide enough to feel planted and cover up the parking deck.
It won’t change, but the red lettering at the top keeps throwing me off. If it were black, I may like the building better.
Honeywell's name/logo is red text. Its not changing.

What is the height for this project?

Thats disappointing. Are they forcing other tenants out? How the hell is there that much available space in Hearst Tower?

same. Its just so girthy. And the style doesn't really match the materials.
Eh, it had to fit that site. About 300' or so?

It looks taller than that in comparison to the DEC on this mock up. At least 600.
Maybe but not 700'
