They finally tore down those old buildings on the old car lots just south of the home office on Walton street.

 

Anyone know the plans for what's going on there?

NWA Business Journal has an article (which I can't read) about this

 

"Lindsey Management Co. affiliate company Walton Crossing Apartments LP paid $2.65 million for 25.25 acres, east of Walton Boulevard."

 

The only thing I can think of that size is the old car lots south of the home office. 

 

Anyone know if that's the lot and what exactly is going in? I can't access the article due to paywall
