Does anyone know if there will be access additions or improvements to M6/M37 in this area? Once this thing's built, I suspect that traffic will be a mess with the increase in semi/delivery/commuter vehicles going in and out; it's already pretty bad now during the peak hours. Just curious if anyone's seen this discussed anywhere.

You can't get to the Founders pub without a boarding pass.
I've flown out of Grand Rapids a couple of times since the renovation, and was able to enjoy a beer or two at the Founders bar... it was really nice to have that option! There's another bar within concourse B that has been surprisingly (to me anyway) full each time I've been down there. It actually reminds me of something I'd see at a larger airport, although to a lesser scale. According to the airport map on their website, it appears that there is also a bar on concourse A, but I haven't been through that concourse to check it out. Regardless, it seems like there isn't an option to sit down and have a drink any more as an un-ticketed passenger.

Just a thought (or question) brought on by x99's post, but is it possible that Amway's recent involvement in the Ada Village project could be an indicator that they're considering moving their corporate headquarters downtown? I'm framing this from the perspective of Amway showing residents of Ada that they're still invested in the area even though they may be moving their headquarters to a new location. Maybe it was a preempted move from a PR perspective? Being a layman when it comes to business management, I'm wondering if it's possible that these two things could be related.
In any case, I can't wait to see what comes out of the upcoming announcement; it's an exciting prospect for the downtown area regardless of what/where/who. Although I personally find the idea of 42 stories in the Fulton/Market parking lot, paired with a fully completed Studio C as viewed from northbound S-Curve, quite sexy! I also think a tall tower in that location would balance out the skyline very nicely.
