Imagine the possibilities!
- Large scale river boat tours - Gen Jackson - but more expansive
- Local water-taxi with stops at: 51st Avenue area, TSU, Metro Center, River North, Broadway, Shelby Bottoms, Cumberland River Greenway, Opryland
Sure there will be a lot of changes and regulations, such as working with the local residents so that the river doesn't become a tourist trap. It would also provide another mode of transit between Cumberland River attractions!

What else is this building going to be used for? Surely this whole thing isn't a diner...right?

With the move to online tickets, I haven't even been printing tickets anymore. I need to start back doing so though. That looks awesome!

Welcome to the forum mwill18! They still have to pass the budget, but it's looking good.
Thanks smeagolsfree! I've always kind of sat on the sidelines and watched, but I thought I would finally join in on the fun. It's amazing to see the transformation Nashville has gone through while I've been at school the last 5 months.

Looks like the federal courthouse funding has been approved!
"The fiscal year 2016 Omnibus Appropriations bill Congress unveiled late Tuesday includes the full $181.5 million for design and construction of the building planned along Church Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues."

I don't think I have seen this posted on the forums yet, but Amazon is coming to Nashville (partially)!
Amazon in NYC, VA, and Nashville
I don't think Nashville's infrastructure was ready for all those people anyway.
