Apparently this new bakery opened recently near the Frisco Station Mall. I have not been in there yet but their photos look amazing!

I know this has been discussed before but looks like the new Lowell Harps has been approved.

I haven't looked close enough to see where the pumps were going in but I also don't know who was first with the plans. Could be that WM had their plans first and Casey's came in after. Just playing devil's advocate. WM is not always the evil empire that many make them out to be.
Agreed completely...I don't always agree with WM on where they build but I also really enjoy living in the part of the Arkansas that is basically financially backed by them so I am not one to complain.

Noticed the Neigborhood Market at Tyson and I-49 opens May 6th. Looks like they are going to have gas as well. Be interesting to see if the Casey's will match prices.
I think it is a bit "tacky" that they put their pumps directly behind Casey's. They almost appear to be part of Casey's. I am not a WM hater or anything, just seems like dirty playing to me.

I wonder what is up with that? I wish we could get 24 hour fitness or Lifetime Fitness into this market. I know we probably don't have the demographics for either.
It would appear they were quite behind on lease/equipment bills...to the tune of over half a mil....that will do it.

I am sure many have already seen this but World Gym announced immediate closure of their Benton County locations.

Not every new building is going to have a great sexy deal, but every new deal adds jobs, tax roll, and more opportunities. Activity will breed activity.
It was a joke. I promise I am aware that more than retail and restaurants will spark the economy.

Well....that's boring.

Well, I doubt this is enough to dedicate a thread to Lowell but look what's coming soon.

Not sure of population requirements but I would like to see a Burlington Coat Factory and some baby-centric stores such as Buy Buy Baby.

Let the speculation commence!

Jo-Anns fabrics is going in next to Shoe Carnival.
This has made my week. My husband on the other hand, will not be excited about this...

Good Read about downtown Rogers. Looks like the future may hold good things for downtown.

Lowell Question:
Anyone know what (if anything) is planned to go in the new mixed use buildings behind McDonalds in Lowell?
-
There was a Lowell topic but it has been archived so I'll post this here- Rogers is close.
The old convenience store and car wash are being removed at the NW corner of Hwy 71b and Monroe in Lowell. This is the corner with the Village Plaza strip mall. Anything planned there or they just making it more attractive for someone to buy?
The guy that works at Kum and Go said that a newer K&G was going there and possibly a liquor store where the old K&G is?

Noticed sign is up for Highrise Trampoline Park and they have broken ground.

I found out the hard way today that Orange Leaf on Pleasant Grove is out of business. Also, I am still craving froyo...

Does anyone know what is going in between Taco Bell and Chuck E Cheese, if anything? It seems like they have been smoothing down that same dirt FOREVER.

Any word (or even speculation) on what the second big box store slated for Pleasant Grove will be?
