Orange Leaf never impressed me. They were never polite. Didn't seem to care that much about customer service. Just my experience.
Terrible location right now in my opinion too

Billy Sims BBQ coming to Bentonville from what I have heard. www.billysimsbbq.com
They are open today. Billy Sims is there taking photos and giving autographs. The food was good too... Similar to Dickie's only I thought it tasted better.. Hope they do well considering that location is cursed and all now..

Yeah, probably the worst kept secret. Although I still don't think it's been totally made official. And from what I've heard sounds like ONF is planning on expanding in anticipation of Whole Foods coming in. But either way, looks like things are going to happen even if they aren't quite official yet. The only problem I see with the Whole Foods location is that it probably will be hard making a left hand turn as you leave being so close to the light at Milsap.
A lot of people said that about the walmart to go here in bentonville. I've never had trouble getting in or out of it yet.. Company like whole foods will make it work.

Nice!

I also think that strip centers add too much traffic, as entering traffic queue many times hold traffic up in the road. Walton will be a nightmare as more infill occurs without better planned developments.
That said, I do think Walton has a nice curb appeal along its East West route, but then under the highway Rogers looses lots of such appeal on Walnut.
There is a burger/custard joint going in the old KFC. Remodeled the whole building it seems.

Check out mythos in Joplin mo. Great Greek food/service/atmosphere. Promise you will dream about slapping your nearest next of kin

I've heard that it will just be a supercenter. It's obviously a huge tract, but most of the tract is too hilly and steep to develop. That's reflected in the sale price as well... They paid about $4 million for the 127 acres, which is about a million bucks less than what they paid for the 30 acres they bought for the supercenter on Elm Springs Rd in Springdale. Just passing along what I've heard...
I drink the walmart cool aid as much as the next employee. But too many walmarts around here.

NWA ranked 4th in job growth last year.

And its mostly good paying jobs:
Seems heavily skewed to the right to get an average of salaries like that..

Bentonville downtown has become such an interesting location. I wonder what will ever happen with the old fairgrounds...
Just learned recently that its the piece of land down the street west of the office on 8th street surrounded by the iron gates.. Never knew who owned it. I called city hall and they said Walton enterprises
