Has anyone noticed the LED lights with the blue-ish/purple-ish tint being installed all over the neighborhoods outside Uptown? I don't know why they bother me so much but they do :-)
My investigative reporting indicates that the lights were are defective and turning purple, according to Duke.

Not going to lie, I'd much rather look at the building than the sea of parking.

Such a cool structure, wish they could've saved it in the design. Would have been quirky to build it into the new structure, kind of like Peculiar Rabbit (extremely weird, but I could envision it being the elasing office of the apartment complex).

I think the Wendy's deal died in Prosperity Village. An Office Building was just approved on that parcel (within the last month-ish).

Accela is saying there's an approved plan for "Extra Space Storage" at the Howden's site? I'd prefer a QT to that, honestly.

Where can I locate the development map?

485 will alleviate a lot of traffic in this area, especially during rush hour. Rush hour is a standstill throughout the area for people trying to get to 77 or 85.

485 update: Crews have started striping the highway near the new Mallard Creek Rd diverging diamond interchange. Also, all high intesity lighting is on and operating in most areas. Signage appears to be cramping up as well.

Ahh, brain fart, I knew that. How lovely of a reminder.

I'm not sure if there has been conversation on this already, but does anyone have insight on potential developments at the north east corner of South Blvd and Remount? Is the soil contaminated, because this seems like a hot piece of real estate, right?

I rode my bike along the majority of the extension a few months back and signage was in place for the most part. Dirving around last night, the final signage is being installed on the Prosperity Church Road round-about intersection, and looks like it should be completed this week. The majority of the concrete appears to be completely laid and grinded, except for the area where the concrete mill was set up, and for a few areas where exit ramps join to 485.
-
I read that it would be complete by late May.

I'd be completely content with the plant getting raised, and for some road connections from 4th Ward to Music Factory Blvd.

LOVE The look of Camden Gallery. Its looking really pretty great so far. Just happy it won't be all beige, and it has some interesting architectural elements.
I agree - it's very solid looking, compared to other recent developments.

No movement on the residential building, but there has been slight progress on the painting of the 277 bridge.

Observer article says 20 acres, but the renderings show the two buildings on a smaller plot. Must be the first phase.
