Very good to see. This place needs restaurants to bring in folks...this would definitely help the center. Ya Ya's continues to be quite busy every time I pass by or stop in.
Excellent news. Bravo is a perfect addition to this mall. I ate at this restarant in new Orleans area. The food is great at a reasonable price and the bread they serve in the begining with olive oil is a winner.

Yeah, until there are other restaurants, I don't think things will stay open late.
we definitely need additional restaurants in this mall. I work in one of the offices in the neighborhood and we all are craving to have some mediocre restaurants in this area. Something like Chipotle, Buffalo Wild Wings will sell like a hot cake and draw a large crowd.

I agree 100%. Infact we need some fast casual restaurants. Something like Chipotle or Buffalo Wild Wings will surely be a hit.
I to went to Ya Ya's this weekend. This will be a popular place for some time to come. Great service and Great price!!!I would like to see more places like Ya Ya's in the Promenade. I think this center is just off to a slow start. It will be in full swing come summer.

This is a great encouraging news. here are my 2 cents
Promenade at Chenal will be a good location. I went to Yia Yia (Casual Euro Bistro) and it was packed. It seems the Chenal 9 theater is doing pretty well and so as the Maggi Moose ice-cream shop in this shopping mall. Having a fast-casual restaurants in this shopping complex will be a great hit. I would strongly suggest considering Chipotle and/or Buffalo Wild Wings as they are not in Little Rock area yet. The another cuisine to consider will be Indian or Thai. A Chenal or Midtown location will also be great.
Sorry I have to be so vague for the time being. We will be filling in the blanks in over the next couple of weeks. We took a look at the Harold's location (and another vacant space there next to the Container Store) unfortunately Strode will not allow any additional restaurants in Midtowne Center at this time.I will post additional information as we get it from our regional folks.

I thought Yaya is opening on January 12th according to The Promenade website

I agree that we need more restaurants in this mall to attract people. Hope they get Red Robin soon. Also, what happened to Chilli's that was announced before ?

Encouraging news. Anyone knows when Bravo is opening? Also, there is a poll on the shopping center's website asking "What Specialty store would you like to see join the Promenade?". Most of the surveyers are saying book store followed closely by coffee shop.
