One of the parcels on the 5.5 acre site has already been chosen by Bongo Java for their new roasting operations (relocating from Gulch warehouse structure recently sold).
Here is the location (in turquoise at center) from our very own Development Map (maintained by Smeagolsfree):
I work for Nashville Software School, and we held our first day of classes today in the 500 Interstate Blvd building (The red highlighted spot in the above pic ). Looking forward to smelling freshly roasted Bongo Java as I pull into the parking lot every day! Attaching a pic of our new digs.

Metro needs to connect Wedgewood with Fesslers and improve connectivity in this area to further stimulate growth.
I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this one, as my employer (Nashville Software School) will be moving into the building adjacent to this property in February( ish ). In the sat. image, it's the building between Interstate Blvd and Nolensville with brown roof. Used to be the home of the Tenn. Hospital Association. It's undergoing a full rehab inside and out. Tech company Technology Advice recently moved there from Brentwood (hooray for reverse biz migration!) You can read about it here: http://www.tennessean.com/story/money/2015/03/19/tech-marketing-firm-buys-nolensville-pike-office-building.
Anyway, If this project gets underway, I'll be able to provide plenty of updates/photos : )Before and after of 500 Interstate Blvd

Here are a few Easter Sunday shots of Aertson Midtown. I tried to capture how much it is swallowing up the block(s) it occupies. It simply looms over everything.
