  1. New BBQ/Chicken place will be opening on Plainfield just south of Creston Business District. Speaking of which, took a peak into Red Ball Jet this morning and they have 2 postings on the door. One is a menu teaser for breakfasts (omelete, fritatta) and also wood fired oven pizzas. No mention of cocktails that I saw on the teaser. Also, they are accepting applications on site and at the B.O.B. if anyone is looking for work. ^_^

If im correct, the new bbq/ chicken place is another Corey Hart/ Shannon Williams venture. Does anyone know what's the hold up on its opening?

  2. Silly question: Who is this "Tato" celebrity and should we all be part of his "myspace" group?

You would think with the 14 different posts about the new thing opening that there was a new 40 story tower being built or something.

Im sure that all the studio 64 buzz might have something to do with the rumors of a particular downtown salon closure that has left some looking for a new salon as well as stylists looking for jobs.

And, as for a response to that silly question, maybe we need a "Who's Paul Tato?" topic, rather than who's mike vorce:)

  3. If you are just looking for doughnuts near downtown instead of Dunkin Doughnuts in particular, try Van's Pastry Shop on Fulton near Diamond in the Brikyaat neighborhood, or American Bread Company on Bridge Street. (I haven't been in American Bread Company in years, I assume they still have doughnuts.)

American Bread Company on Bridge St. is phenomenal! I was there not too long ago, and the still had doughnuts and pastries then.

  4. Which building? Next to McF's you have H Ritz Koney, then next to that is going Moxie and Churchill's. That takes you to the corner I believe. Maybe you're thinking of Moxie and Churchill's?

It is in the same building as Ritz Koney. I had lunch at Mcfadden's last week and noticed the Studio 64 sign on the 2nd floor of that building. Just wondering if anyone had any info about it.
