If Target moves to the new location possibly followed by Toys R Us that will be two bix box store vacant in that location.

They've began grading for the Lowe's in Belmont. A BB&T is also confirmed for the Montcross development.

The small building going up next to Steak N' Shake by Cox Rd. is a Cookout.
News from Belmont:
Construction has begun on the Hampton Inn near the new Wal-Mart which is part of the Montcross area. Furture business reported to come are Lowes, Cracker Barrell and Longhorn Steakhouse.
