Hopefully they are starting the new residential buildings as well. There doesn't seem to be good info on what is going on, ie. are DV II and III getting built now too?

A couple of weeks ago in the 'Economist' they had a section on the 'The New South', which was a great piece. In it they mentioned the Triangle was the country's 3rd largest biotech area, after Silicon Valley and Massachuttes. Combine that with a top 5 medical institution/University and a cost of living a 1/3 of the other two places and you have a great area . Our weather is a lot better than MA too.

Great map there! Do you think these timelines are realistic, particulary the Suntrust residential finishing in 2008? That would be impressive, what a view they would have.

I see the early demolition for DV II everyday now just south from where the theater is being built. Any know yet whether III is going up the same time for sure? Also it seems like the residential part of AT III is going up the same time as the theater? Anyone know if this is true. That area will be incredible in two years. Hopefully the City Center part will follow.

Yea it is beautiful, but the area won't fully be alive until phase III finishes and there are around 400 apartments up in addition to the people living in the Old Bull building. I hope those get built sooner rather than later. That area will be something. It needs some retail too the way Brightleaf does.
