I'm on lucky 13. My walk though and close is supposed to be at the end of the month. Also, my mortgage broker told me that the building is having problems getting insurance which is causing the closing delays.
I heard the Homeowners Association Documents are still being filed with the state.

The Orlando Sentinel has a video fly-through of the Stirling Southby's office at the top of the shorter tower at The Plaza. This place makes my office look like a dump. Wait, my office is a dump. I don't know how long it is going to be there, but there is a direct link from the front page right now.
The new Stirling office is incredible. It's a shame people have to work in such an enviroment. The Plaza is making one helluva impact on the city. Let's keep building Orlando!

Great picture. I had some friends visit during the holidys that have not been to Orlando in 5 years. They were imoressed with the growth. Go Gators!

The media always build things up and then they will try to tear it down. Look at the growth in Downtown Orlando. It is amazing the changes in the last 10 years. Ten years from now people will doing the would of, could of should of. People will be saying I can remember when I could of bought in that building for x amount.
