This is what the press release said:
American will exit several routes, including three trans-Atlantic routes from both Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The company will also exit five underperforming routes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to destinations in Asia and South America, concentrating on the hub’s domestic strength.
As American resets its international network for future growth, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) will be the airline’s major trans-Pacific hub while Miami International Airport (MIA) will continue to be the preeminent hub for flights to the Caribbean and Latin America. Once government restrictions on trans-Atlantic flying subside, PHL will continue to be American’s primary hub for service to Europe.
Several on those routes on that list, like LAX-China, HKG, and EZE, are never coming back. Others, like CLT-CDG, will likely come back within the next several years as demand recovers. CLT-CDG is a good candidate for the A321XLR.
So which routes from CLT to Europe will operate this summer? And when will they begin service?...

Taking a moment to mention that I'm still peeved they didn't follow the curve of Mint Street.
I'm hoping this was done intentionally considering the future of BoA Stadium and potential realignment of Mint...

Now that’s how you wrap a parking garage!
I can't. This one would legitimately look better without the 'wrap'. I would like to know what was discussed while these elevations were being drawn.

Ok these pics are nice and all. I’m sure we’ve seen all of what there’s to see over that last few months. What I want to know is when for sure will this hotel open. Though I know Covid-19 is among us.
3 weeks. Waiting until the last second for signage.

"CLT remains an important gateway to Europe."
Judging by this graphic and the information released, I would be surprised if DUB/ MAD are continuing at CLT until further notice

Here is the international announcement: http://news.aa.com/news/news-details/2020/American-Airlines-Resets-International-Network-for-Remainder-of-2020-Through-Summer-2021-OPS-DIS-07/
For CLT, resumption of FRA is pushed to summer 2021 and LHR and MUC is pushed to late 2020. The summer seasonal flights are eliminated. There's lots of other international changes in there as well affecting the other hubs.
Well... that sucks. Any guesses if/ when the previous intl network is restored prior to COVID-19? FCO, BCN, CDG... etc.

What are the odds this includes an uptown component in the near future?

No word on the hotel yet, which is a separate air rights deal. Hopefully get info on that tomorrow.
Well the point at which work was theoretically halted would have been an unusual coincidence as they have reached a point where the forms for the current core are no longer needed (which is why they came down) and we are at a transfer floor at L6 from theatre to hotel. You can see the corbels which will support steel trusses for this transition.

As fast and cheap as possible. They are pretty horrendous, that end cap especially.
Someone worked a bit too much on that elevation...

I tested positive for antibodies and was told the results would not be reported... so I'm guessing asymptomatic cases determined through antibody testing are not counted

I honestly cannot imagine them leaving the parking deck as it currently is

I guess it ultimately boils down to how many lives were actually saved long term by the measures that were implemented... And how many more will be lost globally as a result of the economic destruction caused by shutting down.
