Does anyone know if Solstice Sunglasses closed or just relocated in the mall? Also I wonder what will take the place of the Salon that closed next to Nordstrom?

If you happen to visit the Simon Properties website for Phipps Plaza you will notice there are 6 or so coming soon Retailers. Miu Miu, Dior, Celine and Reed Krakoff. I wonder if Simon Accidentally leaked retailers they were supposed to have kept secret?

Walked around the mall yesterday, Sur la table new store looks very nice especially what did with the outside. I thought the Armani store was going to take all the old RL space but it shows now it will be split into 2 spaces. also how many retailers can fit into the old Sur La talbe spot? and Juicy is closing so maybe Hugo Boss or Bvlgari could take it's place.

My question is Buckhead Atlanta is opening in a little over 2 months and there haven't been many retail announcements. Is there a chance some retailers from Lenox Square will leave and switch over to BA?

Ok, I know this has been Several years, but does anyone remember this smoothie cafe called California Juice Co.? I was wondering if it relocated or it was just a single location chain? They had amazing drinks! It was located up near Cornelius.

What are the chances of Southpark mall adding a second level or a partial second level in the next 10 years? It seems this is the only way we are going to get all the retailers like Gucci, Hugo Boss, ETC? Is there even Room?

i was in Nashville last Weekend at the Omega Watches Boutique, and the Manager told me they are opening a location at Phipps Plaza sometime between this fall and early spring! Glad to see Phipps get another high end tenant after the Lego disappointment.

Well it look like Puma has Closed! That was a real shocker in my opinion, but the location might have had a effect on the traffic it was getting. :-(

Does anyone know when they are suppose to start construction on the Ermemegildo Zegna Boutique? I know they are still going to open spring 2011, so hopefully soon!!

I just read that FENDI is opening At lenox sometime btw Aug through October. I think this is a big announcement for Lenox and It definately shows signs of a improving economy.

Has anyone Heard any news on Ermenegildo Zegna still opening a store at Lenox? I saw a nice space next to Bvlgari that would be perfect, Since it looks like all the spaces on the Neiman Marcus wing are taken.

i was passing through Lenox earlier this week and noticed Mark Shale has closed. Does anyone know when it closed and why? Everytime I went in there the designers got more and more trendy, so maybe it wasn't flowing with the market.
Also has anyone heard anymore about Zegna opening a Lenox or phipps location?

I stopped by the SOB website and Noticed Luigi Borrelli was removed from the list. Do you think the economy is making some retailers change their minds about opening in new markets?

I just was reading that the clubhouse had closed at lenox Square. Has anyone heard any buzz around the mall? My guess is that it's the sign of the times, but we will see.

I spoke with the manager at Bag N' Baggage and she said they are closing on sunday. also I noticed that there is a empty space next to desgn and reach. So the question is will their still be a effort to bring big names to the VASP or will it be something that benefits only the residents of the condos?

Last year in this thread it was rumored that Valentino and CH Carolina herrera were coming to lenox in 2008. is it still a posibility that we can get those stores or has all the Weight shifted to The Streets Of Buckhead?

I just read in the Atlanta Biz Journal that Sharper Image filed chapter 11 yesterday. This is sad news for such a great company. Could this lead to a closing at the southpark location?

I have been hearing rumors Cheesecake Factory could be opening at Columbiana. The question is where? I see Greenville is getting one in 3 weeks, but i keep hearing we are also. Only thing i can think of is JC Penny closes and they build out from there?
