Most recently the home to Butterworth's Furniture, the building, which has been abandoned for several years, was rehabilitated to include 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project will also feature a landscaped courtyard and a 2,000-square-foot second-floor terrace to be used by a prospective restaurant.
